Provider / Service Approval
Information on how to become a registered CCS approved service provider is available on the department’s website.
Documentation is required to support an application as per the CCS Application – Statement of Requirement:
- Entity documents – based on your organisation entity status.
- Service documents – including details of governance arrangements, trustees and external management.
- Personnel documents – required to allow the department to be satisfied that specified personnel met the fit and proper person requirements.
